When somebody makes a new thread about a topic that was already discussed in another thread people rage and say use the search bar.
When somebody uses the searchbar and posts in an old thread people rage and say you necroed the thread. This makes no sense.
What are people supposed to do?

Because the previous Topic usually has the answer already? Most of the Nercos are for trolling reasons anyway.
It's better search than to ask because most likely, someone has already asked the same question as you.

Obviously, people are supposed to use the search bar and not necro threads.
There's plenty of topics that can be discussed apart from frequently asked questions. All re-asking a question that has already been answered in depth does is waste your time and (optionally) the people who choose to respond to it.
