Twisted Snarble barble and Targe recipe question

I hope I posted my question in right place.
I want to know from people who have got Twisted Snarble barble and Targe recipe - where you ussaly got this recipe? I really need it ,but I have checked Basils around all missions ,that I can do (till Royal Jelly king, rank 5-2) and at Depth 4 (Arcade).
btw. If someone can sell - I will buy Twisted Snarble barble and Twisted Targe recipes for 5k Crowns each.

And I'm sorry for my bad English knowledge. :/

3* recipes are more likely to appear on Basil at depth 13 not 4. It's a T2 item.

@Little-Juances Also, try going in T2 stratums with beasts, jellies, or fiends, you'll be likely to find the Twisted Targe or Twisted Snarble Barb there.

@Zanyboom What mobs you face in the stratum have absolutely no influence on which recipes Basil will have.

Just pick the gate you are the most confortable with.

I agree with Fradow on this. Just pick the gate that you like best and make it to the clockworks terminal in Tier 2. Talk to Basil and he might have that recipe for you. Bear in mind that Basil has a random collection of 3* recipes every time you reach him.
