When was the last time it was actually used for content other than LD maps?
It seems to me it has no purpose. This update could have been tested there and launched with several changes for the better of the community [not making the Chaos set so OP, higher spawn rates for the Kats, lower token costs, etc...] because the testers would have obviously given feedback about such obvious design flaws, in the end making the update much more fun.

I'm going to leave one question here: Will Three Rings ever use the test server as an actual test server for new updates or just launch them as soon as they finish producing them without getting any community feedback and most likely upsetting the player base?
At least test the pets, please. ._.
