If a the official creator of a guild leaves the guild? is the guild destroyed? or does the guild disband? or does the 2nd guild master (Who the creator promoted to rank Guild Master) take over?

The second takes over.

Guilds usually fall apart after that due to leadership issues, though.

As long as there is a Guild

As long as there is a Guild Master in the guild than it is still around. Unfortunately, as Seraph said, when the "main" Guild Master leaves the guild tends to die though. Quite often people that make good second in commands do not make good leaders themselves... they need somebody in charge.

Unfortunately ...

Technically guilds can survive without an official guild master. When we lost ours and OOO refused to intervene (which I think is good in principle and absolutely lousy in practice), I ended up being told I was the new guild master without actually receiving that rank. I tend to think I've done an acceptable job. Maybe it's just how we pick our officers.

Also I should note that when you come back, Lancer, your brother will have to temporarily leave the guild (and then be re-promoted) for you to have rank superiority over him. Just a heads-up.
