6 hours wasted, and not one of the event kats found on my own - I couldn't possibly be doing anything different / wrong, unless there is some bug causing them not to spawn in scarlet fortresses? Went from tier 3 to tier 2 in order to see if that would help. Nope. Started just skipping loot and ignoring anything that wasnt an event kat (with ele pass).
I am seeing people with 200 from one day's worth of work. How? Why? Looks like I will continue to rely on my guildmates' unnaturally normal luck.
I normally would never ask for then to nerf the game / make obtaining things easier, but since it sounds like everyone else but me will have their hats with all their glorious token (not books people. Flipping pages / whatever the tokens are called) finds, I might want an increase to the drop rates so that maybe this time around I can afford the 3 star version.
I'm just barely at 41 pages and since I hit that number. Can't do the prestige mission today because I get stuck with the worst teammates. So I'll be amazed if by some God-given miracle I get the next few pages because that's what it'll take currently.
It's hard enough grinding for the Ce to make 4 & 5 * versions.

The Black Kats can spawn in place of any Kat. I have found them in Candlestick Keep (where they spawn most often), Clockwork Tunnels, and Scarlet Fortress. The things are just a lil... rare.
