If the now Buffed Chaos does better than any other current armor set. (ex. Skolver)

However, there's not enough data for me to see a full difference. I also think chaos is the high risk/reward type of armor. The risk being the status weakness, while the reward is that the brandish will charge up faster and do more dmg. Gunners can use the dmg too by using polaris or other gun.
I've seen pepperboxes get charges by a chaos user and I imagine this could make a lot of weapon charges actually usable if not downright effective in Lockdown. Things I'd like to try/see people try:
-Autoguns.
-Alchemer charges (moreso than already).
-I can definitely see troika work as part of a coordinated group effort.
-Wall of Polaris charges.
-Cutters. Just cutters.
-Fang of Vog continues to be instant death in Lockdown, but faster.
-Strikers using bombs. Why not.

Maybe later today ill go to the GTH and record some dmg numbers on the GF, DA, Hammer, Polaris, Blitz, DR, and VT. (with chaos and without)
Also, im doing it in 3 tiers, Someone with a Skolver can help as well...

From my understanding it's not exactly going to change anything, dude. I've done 31k in Snarby and I have yet to try out Chaos Cloak.
Chaos Cloak doesn't have ASI so it's not like it's a mix of Skolv/Snarb and Vog. It just has CTR Med and DMG Med along with elemental resistance. You'll do the same amount of damage with Snarby/Skolver if not more than with Chaos or even vice versa.
It'd literally be better just to use Skolver since you get piercing resistance. The only pro to the Chaos Set is that you get DMG Bonus Very High to EVERYTHING.
