Simple suggestion: When selecting "Go to Haven", have a pop up menu that allows you to select which one. Have a checkbox "Don't show me this again" for those people out there who have immaculate internet connections and don't really care where they spawn.

Actually I'm pretty sure this deals more with a computer's specs and ability to process and consume large amounts of CPU / RAM when entering a crowded Haven.

+1 for weaker computers

That too, but that's not my problem. Mine is when my internet is a pain in the butt and slows down to what seems like Dial-Up, I can't move, nor can I interact with the Haven Instance Selector.

Of course, the issue with being able to select your Haven number from the Ready Room would mean that Haven auto-caps are ignored, leading to huge lag. So instead of being able to select your Haven by number, have 3 options that pop up: Bustling Haven, Busy Haven, or Quiet Haven.

Bustling Haven would take you to a Haven that has a population between 70-99% of cap. (If there are no Havens in this range, this icon would be greyed out)
Busy Haven would take you to a Haven that has a population between 20-70% of cap.
Quiet Haven would take you to the least populated Haven. If there are no Havens with a population under 20% of cap, this would be greyed out.

You'd still have the ability to change to the exact Haven you want using the current Haven Instance Selector.

i didnt ment choosing the

i didnt ment choosing the haven when you go to it , but a setting in your options where you choose wich haven you like and each time in the future you go to haven , it bring you to this one ... if the haven have been destroyed by the roarmullus twins and the instance its down , then a random one is assigned

so you can just take an abandoned haven like .. 17 where there is nobody .. EVER

Haven 17 doesn't always exist. Sometimes Havens are cut down to 6. And if you could set your spawn permanently to a certain Haven, Haven 1 would pretty much always be exceeding the cap, and cause large amounts of lag.

Since everyone spawns there

It's heavy in lagging.

Due to the merchants and AH users.
