Lets say a guild has only one or two guildmasters, but he/she has been inactive for a long time. Lets also say that next high ranking member is a veteran (no officers or other guildmasters). How will anything be changed in the guild hall now? Should something be implemented, for example after a few weeks of guildmasters inactivity, should the oldest(active) veteran be automatically ranked up to officer so new furnishings/changes can be added to the guild hall?

Wasn't sure where to post this so don't flame me.

honestly...

If the "leadership" is that inactive, the active members should either form a new guild or merge into an active one

that's a bad guild, not worth saving

There is already a mechanism to promote the highest-ranked guild member, if all guild masters leave the guild. But you are right that if the guild masters stay in the guild, but go dormant, then there is no mechanism to revive the guild. In my opinion, such a mechanism is not needed. A guild where the guild masters are so irresponsible is garbage. As Randomzz said, the active members should just leave it; the guild masters don't deserve them.

Yea your right if the guild masters aren't active, there is no point to the guild anymore.
