How would do you feel if the next updates this year were only vanity, costumes, things to make "Pretty" your knight, instead Real content like: New bosses, New enemies, New levels etc.?
What would you think?

That would make true the Thought of Binazty about OOO making small content to milk their community (and prolly to fund that.... Dr Who World mmo...)
But Honestly i would feel dissapointed would be another boring year in spiral knight doing the same Thing: Grind vana 24/7 and will show that Devs dont know anymore what to do with the game (or they dont care anymore of this game) sadly.

As Fleet Miss Gun says i really dont think Battle Sprites Update would be a real major Content. will add new pets which its only a new kind of "weapon/skill" but we going to keep grinding on the same levels only with "spiralmones" not kinda like some real content like Bosses, new levels, new rewards etc.
So yeah.. 2013 another boring year in spiral knights :/

well anyway its seems OOO wouldnt give us anymore new content (i dont count battle sprites a new content because basically they are new skills /weps so we going to grind the same levels over and over again now with pets) from now OOO only will give us recycled Content with small "new" things. :/ good bye new levels, bosses, armor.

I don't understand how sprites are not "new content". They're gameplay changing, and you'll be seeing them around a lot and they'll be something more than cosmetic. It's frustrating how hard it is to satisfy people nowadays...

If you ask me
Three rings try real hard to push these updates. Sure when they first patch there are some bugs here and there and you can find topics of the OP loving and or raging at the update but what the devs are doing are trying to appeal to the newcomer. And i'm pretty sure the first time anyone started out they were a bit confused.
