My original idea:

Love Puppy Tabard set:

Pink and White Chapeau
Take the design on the back of Deadshot Mantle, make it pink and white and replace the skull with a pink heart.

Alternative:
Pink Rose set (pink and white)
Gunner of Love costume: Take deadshot chapeau make it pink and white, replace star with heart; remake the deadshot mantle as above (pink/white/heart).

(speaking of which, why isn't the star replaced with a skull on the deadshot chapeau? could reuse the skull that is on the back of the mantle and make it grey...)
