You're asking about weapons for fighting Vanaduke? As you can imagine, this question has been asked countless times. For example, this thread on the front page of the Arsenal forum asks it. Maybe just search the forums (using Google, not the forum search feature). Meanwhile, Aureate has given you a good answer.
That would depend on your skill level.
The most commonly favoured way of killing Vanaduke would be Blitz (or Plague) and Shivermist, although I've seen Shock and Stun vials substituted for the latter. Some people also like to save up poison, and Dread Venom Striker is a reasonable choice for doing the mask quickly (although its usefulness is debatable elsewhere). Venom Veiler and Voltaic Tempest also see some use. Otherwise, Argent Peacemaker, the assorted elemental Brandishes and Drivers, Divine Avenger, the assorted toothpicks, and Vortices are all decent choices. There are also other people who bring down Fang of Vog, or hammers, although the last is a little fiddly in places and takes some care to use due to the hammer dash.
Please, for the love of Vog, do not use expanded Polaris bullets on zombies, unless nobody else is fighting said zombies close-up, and even then only maybe. Failing to do so may result in people deliberately knocking slags into your face. The management thanks you for your cooperation in future matters.
