I'm talking about the monster health and strength scaling that occurs based on number of players in a party. To encourage co-op play, solo monsters should not be scaled down so much. Why can I kill a stratum 5 kat in three hits with a Boltbrand?

Here are the correct values from extensive testing:
100%, 133%, 166%, 200%
+1 to the general concept. Soloing is too easy.
But random question: how was it tougth? are monster scaled down from 4 to 1 players or actually buffed from 1 to 4?
