If you want to get extra things, then you buy CE somehow, either through the market or some other way. The system is this way for a reason; to prevent people from creating a load of accounts and buying everything with the mist they saved up in the game for free. A 200-size mist tank would mean completely free trinket slots without any effort. It is not happening.
