Durring events, event merchants would sell them for 300 cr a pop, though people are putting the price at 1k cr sometimes after the event

You can sell them in clumps
You can sell them in clumps for 450cr each on the auction house and they're pretty sure to sell. (I have 800 confetti lololol)
