Not even launching

This isn't an error with logging on, I cannot even launch the game itself, I've tried everything and even re-installed Java.
Everything passes so I don't know why it won't work. I've tried all solutions you give in technical support.
It simply flashes a black screen and then crashes whenever I try to open it.

Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.66GHz

Have you allow it to run in your firewall or anti virus software?

Both are deactivated

Both are deactivated completely. They have no way of blocking anything at all.

I believe you have to give permissions to run for the game to work. Try accessing your anti-virus and allow the game to run.

If not, try running the game as administrator. Otherwise, reinstall the game, it could be some corrupted file.

I have done all of these

I have done all of these things, they're in technical support basics. None work, I've tried multiple times and as I said, the antivirus is doing absolutely nothing nor is the firewall.

The least is that there is still some antivirus or what so ever blocking your game, otherwise there is no reason for it to fail to run. Check if you have any more hidden anti-virus software.

Had this issue about three days now, there is no antivirus stopping it. I know what I have on my computer.
