I think your idea is good but i got an idea.
Switch snipe to sniper. There should be some kinds of sniper that had long range,
accuracy slow shot, bout 2 sec reload.

As for the suggestion itself how about a snipe bomb where its an actual snipe and when it explodes and releases tons of feather when it explodes and it does random damage, it can either do fire, ice, shock, shadow, elemental etc.

So, in general, it's just a snipe instead of it. but instead of the whole falling charred effect, there are feathers.
Confetti Alchemer= Nova driver has all partical effects turned into confetti
Soul Charge= Reskinned DR with Vana's souls.

I really like where this idea is headed, this is my version.
The snipes join the cause!
- Snipe-Zooka
You launch a white snipe, flying toward its enemy like an angry bird, causing pierce damage. Upon hitting its target it flies away into the distance.
It has an X % chance to fire a colored snipe, causing a status effect depending on its color:
Green Snipe - Poison
Yellow Snipe - Stun
Red Snipe - Fire
etc. . you get the idea.
