the only diference is that shotgun is more faster to release the fire

Again look at Callahan. It has to charge to throw a bullet that doesn't pierce, average damage and not-so-impressive range.
And you want a gun that does bettter with just a click.
charge attacks of many weapons are 1 shot only, but a 1-shot gun would be a little twist. but obviously, callahan attacks are made to be stunning,and I guess that is the gun for you.

NO! Although you pointed that out, and that is a very very very very very very vital difference. Also, you contradicted yourself by saying they are the same but aren't .-.

That assumption is mostly correct but it should be noted that a singe-bullet clip would mean that you wouldn't be able to fire without reloading.
