I don't know about u guys but have u noticed valiance has a giant useless blade under the main rail..
I would like that to be used in like a charged attack or make the reload slower and give the option to use it once or twice while its beign reloaded.
I'm open to what u think about this topic and if it will work.

the blade under the canon is just a decoration .. prettry sure that leviatan blade is bigger blade than the one under the vailliance so if irl i had choice of close combat ,ill got with the sword and not the knife fetus
+ its a gun ... no gun have melee
Attacking while reloading would remove the only drawback guns have, allowing you to easily spam it.
Dealing more damage if unleashing the charge up close wouldn't be so bad.
It has it's risks since you stay quiet and have to close the distance.
wouldn't be to bad if there was some kind of thing too happen when attacking from close range like dunno a mini knockback or whatnot.
like, "get off me, jerk!" when poking your gun into their face.
Technically bayonets are for shooting AND slashing.
M2 for shooting, m1 for slashing could work as all more experience players use the wasd-keys.
Although the original post is worded horribly I could see secondary fires work on some weapons.
I still want a handgun that shoots knives with a useless barrel on the underside for decoration.
No details, no effort, and no energy to replace "u" with you.
Due to this, it get infinity minus.
