I have had several instances where because i didnt see the small text beside the items for example the new forever love puppy mask, and now have something i cant use for what i wanted. i bought the love puppy mask because i wanted to give it as a present to my loved one but i now read that it binds when acquired, could you please make things clearer regarding expiration times (winter wishes tokens which i had a despute about before) and when something binds, i dont shop at the depot very often because to be honest its ridiculously over priced, so i didnt see everything binds to you when you buy it from there and seeing as its valentines day i presumed sk would give something you could give to someone else, perhaps you could mention these things in the news articles that are joint with them or make it appear directly beneath the item so you dont have to hover over it to see maybe what you need to read.

What would be even better is if it was on the icon or something. You could send a support request here. I'm pretty sure they'll unbind it for you because 1) you had no clue that it would be bound and 2) no one can bear being sad on Valentines. ;3
Actually I think it should be something that you can give out akin to when you get a party/battle pack that works on 4 people. It's not smellable, but you can choose a name to give it to.
Thanks for agreeing autofire, i did originally send a support request but i seem to have no luck with them as ive had several requests they have done nothing about, if there was anyone that didnt realise about the expiration of winter wishes and lost out in cashing them let me know xD
i will send them a request for the unbind but i doubt they will listen.
i sent another support request and i got a refund! in this very rare case they were very helpful, and i have to say atlanta seems to be the nice one ive seen.
but maybe they could still make it more obvious to people in the future.
You'd have better luck asking them to move the helmet to who it was initially supposed to go to. If they just unbind it for you, you could turn around and sell it on the auction house for a flippin' huge amount (because it would be a one of a kind item: an unbound perma love puppy mask)

The only times when i cant see it is when stuff got tons of text so it dosent fit in the small pop-up screen so -1
Actully they could make the "item will bind when aquired" text be in red so people notice it easier.
