Greetings!

I have just done Shadow lair Snarbolax today, and compared to the regular Snarbolax, I was able to hit the bell when the Snarbolax was near it. In the shadow lair version, do we reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaly have to make it so close?

Also, is it possible to ring the bell WHILE the Rabid Snarbolax is showing that they are going to attack?

He can't be stunned when he is roaring.

The SL is different or glitched

I can't figure out which one, I think its different on account I've reported what I think is a glitch and since they have made no effort to fix it and as made evident by your thread I'm not the only one with the same problem. As far as I have noticed the bell AOE varies from run to run sometimes being very wide and other times being very close. One thing Im pretty certain about but I'm sure someone will immediately disagree with me about is that 1 person can not ring the bell the whole time. After so many rings another party member MUST hit the bell before the original party member can effectively ring the bell again. I have noticed this just about every single shadow snarb run. Always there comes a time where either myself or other party members can no longer stun the Snarbs no matter how close to the bell they are. Some times this proves frustrating cause we'll tell others to hit the bell but they simply lack the skill to hit the bell at the correct time to stun the snarbs. You can imagine my frustration as this causes the fight to drag on for far longer than it needs to.

Also to answer your question as long as the Snarbs are close enough(and you haven't hit the bell too many times) you can stun them whenever you hit the bell.
