There's something I'd like to ask about promos like Dragon Wings or Cat tails: will they return at some set points of the year or only holiday themed ones will return?

I ask since after Love Aura returning for Valentine's day and Snowfall Aura, Crest of Winter and Crow of Winter returning for Christmas (well, more like for the winter holidays), not to mention the Halloween stuff and probably the Anniversary stuff as well, I got curious the possibility of all promos getting a reruns... but I can definitely see why some wouldn't: the rage generated by returning Rose sets would reach unheard of heights and the dragon wings were as a celebration for the year of the dragon, would make little sense if they return for the year of the snake.

Thou getting another shot at Valkyrie wings or cat tails would be nice, that's for sure!
