So i was getting bored and i typed on wikipedia about OOO. I read a little then i found this site of theirs called game gardens in which you could vreate your own java games and it showed that players use it for making puzzles in that puzzle pirate game. So i was wondering if we could use it to make sk levels read the OOO wikipedia thread :- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_Rings_Design

The tools are to code and develop (simple) games, not level designing.

Uhhhnnn, I have a feeling that the toolkit provided by Game Gardens is mostly similar to and adaptable for puzzles in Puzzle Pirates. The tools that the developers use for Spiral Knights are probably vastly different and completely unrelated. Although I haven't played Puzzle Pirates or taken part in its community, it looks like from the article and Game Gardens site that the developers specifically encourage the community to contribute content to the game by making new puzzles. As far as I know, this is not the case with SK and our content contributions are limited to our feedback and suggestions on the forums.
In short, regarding players making their own levels for SK using the Game Gardens toolkit, "No."
