Trying to make 13K CE as fast as I can.
I know about FSC and buying CE low and selling high.
How can I max the CE I get at the end of the day even more?

Only fast way, considering
Only fast way, considering how much cr you have, would be to grind FSC, but skip the boss. I've crunched the numbers, and the whole 10 ce to do the final boss and the 30k cr you get from selling the armor/helm obtained using the tokens is lower than just skipping the boss and redoing the run again.
Alt- Once you get a large amount of cr (and I mean ALOT), try buying one of the popular featured accessories on AH and reselling it for more profit. This idea will probably take longer, so this might not be the best thing for you to do.
So, just stick to FSC without the boss. You average about 200 ce to the 100 ce you use to do the FSC run twice (it's actually a bit more than 200 ce).

I disagree.
Here are my statistics, first 4 levels = 40 ce = 7-8kcr, that makes an approximate 35kcr-40kcr per 5 runs, consuming 200 ce and costing 15kcr. Net profit 20-25kcr per 3 hours and 20 minutes, considering each run take 40 minutes.
Doing a full run earns you 10-11kcr (inclusive value of tokens) per 50 ce, that makes 40-44kcr per 4 runs, consuming 200ce and costing 15kcr. Net profit is around 25kcr-30kcr per 3 hours, considering each run takes 45 minutes.
Honestly speaking, fighting the boss does have a chance of losing to him, but on the basis that one can defeat him all the time, will net you more crowns.

Thanks for fixing my mistake. I was calculating cost in short term lol. He said he had 20k cr, so I was basing my calculations solely off the about 200 ce he could buy from the cr he had originally.

Follow the update, get the new items as fast you could. Sell them on first days. You may get 3x - 10x worth compared to the price after few days (or lots of supplies). However, limited items may increase the price over time.
Ex:
Mod Calibrator was 75 k crown at first hours.
Snarbolax without uv was sold at 20 k CE when shadow lair is just new.
Dark Ember was 100 k+ crown at first day.
It depends on how much crowns you have at the start..
Please tell how many crowns you have, and then I can probably help you.
