I want to get alot of crowns so I can get CE and go to the Shadow Lair to get the Snarbolax set. But, I only have maybe 188 CE. Best way to get crowns and 2 Nightmare Mane in a single run?

Sorry to say, but it is impossible to get enough cr and those mats in single run. FSC truly is the best mission to get cr from.
Also, if you run a shadow lair (rabid snarbolax) you only get one Nightmare mane. The cost of another Nightmare mane at AH is quite high. As for the Ce and the heated ash tail coat, not to mention the cost of the shadow key itself, would be impossible to earn in a single run.
The only other way to earn money fast (don't think it works in your case) would be buying an expensive accessory from AH and reselling it for even more profit.
