Energy sword, bomb. gun, shield

I had this idea that there would be a sword that would use Energy.
Let me explain:

This sword can be obtained at the end of a shadow lair for 2 weeks, obtained at the end of a vana run for 1 week and at the end of a normal T3 run (full)
for 4 days.
This sword would deal shadow, piercing and elemental damage (no normal damage)
This sword would only last the number of days at the top:

Shadow lair: 2 weeks
Vana run: 1 week
T3 run: 4 days

This sword would need 10 mist energy every clockwork level or 20 CE-mist for people who have more than 1k CE.
This weapon can also be a gun bomb or you can get a shield with pierce shadow and elemental defence (maybe even fire defence ect)

Tell me what you think about this.

(PS: if you find this idea bad, just put a -1)

... -1

I think you derped pretty hard and you'll probably think about how bad an idea you had in the future.
Raisins mixed with reasons:
- I refuse to burn my mist twice as fast, it should be illegal to burn so much mist energy.
- People run vana 2 or more times per day, this weapon would be the easiest thing to get, another thing is you never said the tier or went in anymore detail with the weapon.
- Its better if players just gave a prepaid amount of ce like 500 and then the item would last 30days or something, and not 10mist/ce each run. This would make players get to enjoy the weapon more and well...you get the point.

My last comment is that I like the fact that someone actually suggested weapons with expire dates on them(although I hate it at the same time but meh, they do it in FPS's)

It doesn't matter if it costs you energy and only lasts for 4 days, It's overpowered and breaks the balance of the game, essentially letting you run blindly spamming rainbows of multidamage kiling everything. And don't even think of it's effects on Lockdown.....

EDIT

Ok i will change a few things:

-Weapon cannot be used in LD,
-The 20 energy rule with the 1k more CE is no more
-It can only be obtained at the end of any shadow lair run...? or only T2 SL up or T3
-It is a 5 star weapon
-500 CE to activate weapon for 4 days, 1k for 1 week and 2k for 2 weeks ( or more)

Tell me if you find the changes good.

my 2 cents

This sword would need 10 mist energy every clockwork level or 20 CE-mist for people who have more than 1k CE.

I smell something fishy going on here....

Do elevator passes work on this?

I do Vanaduke on a daily basis btw, reduce the time frame to one day for vana and 3 days for Shadow Lair please.

3 type of dmg? really? Choose one please...

OP swords that cost ce to use, the more richer you are the more it cost to use! Makes total sense... "Hey guys I am rich so my beer cost twice as much as you do, but it's the same beer!"

Total sense... Read what you just type, then play SK till you get 5* and come back to read it again, then facepalm yourself

most basic thing:

3 specialized damage type weapon will not be useful, because every monster family have one resistance and one weakness, nullying each other (with sword, hit 90 piercing, 60 elemental and 30 shadow on fiend against 180 of leviathan... notice any difference?)

was the same if you just put normal damage like Leviathan, without the vanaduke's problem, because the mask phases resist all specialized damage (normal can do more damage) and on 5° phase, become invunerable against shadow damage, cut off all of your shadow damage output (remember than vanaduke have elemental resistance all the time)

we already have timed weapon slot to buy... you want weapon too? come on

I just had some bad chicken in a sandwich, took a huge dump, then brushed my teeth. Oral hygiene is important.

"if you find this idea bad, just put a -1"

To make an incredibly inappropriate metaphor more child friendly, this is asking a guy with a gun to your head for a million dollar bounty dead and nothing alive to not pull the trigger. Or telling the ice cream truck guy you want some coffee on a hot summer afternoon.

"This sword can be obtained at the end of a shadow lair for 2 weeks"

Lairs only offer armor which must be crafted at the special alchemy machine at the end of the tunnel which follow the same rules as any other crafted 5* armor: you need the preceding 4* with full heat, 800E, the common materials, 5000Cr, and the special material which dropped from the appropriate boss which you probably fought and defeated not too long ago. Nowhere do they simply give you equipment. The most free giving that happens is the special material which is like a secondary token reward for clearing the boss but can be traded unlike tokens.

"obtained at the end of a vana run for 1 week"

People clear those solids several times a day and have very little restriction if you have already gained regular access to the mission or have someone who invites you to the lobby, either of which has no special expenses. Lairs require you to get a key (750E) for the party.

"and at the end of a normal T3 run (full) for 4 days."

Four days for doing a whole Arcade gate in one sitting spending 220E and two or three hours of their precious time which could instead be spent grinding Firestorm or seven days for doing a run with a high payout which people already repetitively grind every single day at least twice a day and only spend 50E to complete. Well liquids, I wonder what people are going to choose between the two?

"This sword would deal shadow, piercing and elemental damage (no normal damage)"

If normal damage is the neutral point in the middle of the specialized type triangle, why would taking the three corners of a triangle and putting them in the same car for the cross country road trip make even an eyelash of sense compared to going with normal damage in the airplane? Because no one wants to miss out on trying to kill each other? Or all the road trip songs that get stuck in our heads? I know one song I would replay for a few hours, but after that it would either get into some old Judas Priest to fill the boring deserts with a little metal. Then you add the three specialized damage types, those spoiled brats that scream and hit each other while cramped together for more than an hour, and I suddenly remember why I keep a pistol in the glove compartment. For myself in such a situation.

Poot redundant and still stupid durations heer. And get me a bag of chips.

"This sword would need 10 mist energy every clockwork level"

Throwing the three screaming kids into a cartoonishly large blender aside: why would anyone want to use this, if this cost becomes part of elevator fees passes become pay to win even more so than they already are, and why does equipment suddenly cost energy beyond crafting it initially?

"or 20 CE-mist for people who have more than 1k CE."

Goodbye, wealthy players whose open wallets used to keep this game flushed with thousands of CE who suddenly decide not to throw green rectangles at the game anymore.

"This weapon can also be a gun bomb or you can get a shield with pierce shadow and elemental defence (maybe even fire defence ect)"

I missed the part where you said how the weapon worked other than damage types. I also missed the part where having all three specialized damage types on the same weapon is more intelligent than wearing a used diaper as a helmet is a good idea.

make the edits to the OP instead of just posting and saying "EDIT". Although that helps to let us know what you changed.

Pay 2 win.

Energy sword that also acts as a gun and bomb?

Also cost 10 ME to use?

That's pay 2 win, so you get an -42.

I agree with fleet

Its still pay to win. Like the above kids said, 3 types of damage equals neutral damage on everything. Then it's as good as a Leviathan, but has a HUGE cost.
