I saw one man charging his sword (glacius) just about 0,35 seconds,

I saw him charging a sword in less than a second...

he says that its because he have a sword CTR very high...

so whem he is charging his sword only takes 0,4 seconds..... less than 1 second

I am sure that is less than one second...

can somebody tell me how his sword charge more fast them mine because I have maximum CTR,
and he have what,, super maximum CTR ???????????????????????

What sword? Keep in mind some

What sword? Keep in mind some swords charge faster than others. If you were charging a Brandish vs a Gran Faust, of course the Brandish would charge faster. In terms of other weapons, I have a friend with CTR Max on his catalyzer and it charges as soon as he holds it up, while my Blitz with CTR Max takes just under a second.

Yeah, what gamerguy said. Divine Avenger and Gran Faust take a long time to charge, even with CTR max, compared to the Brandishes. It depends on the weapon.

Sure it's 35ms? My maximum glacius takes about 50ms
