Just a heads up with regards to the UVs you're looking for:
As per this wiki page, Maximum! UVs only show up on armors, helms, and shields and cannot show up on weapons. In addition, shock UVs cannot show up on weapons, only ASI, CTR, and monster family-specific damage bonuses can be on weapons.
