Who was the clown who wanted to get rid of the radius of bombs?! That video clearly shows that bomb radius is important to see; the game would become imbalanced if the radius was removed!
@Marz-Ashbringer, I don't think he had a problem with the bomb radius. He had a problem with stupidly walking into the cloud of mist. You know, the thing that isn't the radius marker at the edge of the fuse timer? You dunce.
They walked into a blindspot; it wasn't because of stupidity.
It probably was because of stupidity. Last time I checked, you can see all around your character, and last time I checked, the Shivermist didn't start freezing until the cloud of easily visible gas appeared after the explosion and after the radius marker would have been removed anyways.
With Cull Transients on, all hazes which detonate off-screen become invisible.
@Raisinfist, That doesn't justify cripleing other bombs. If your game has a bug, don't go through all this trouble just to work around it. Use that effort to fix the bug. In this case, the best option would probably be to have the mist bomb constantly update itself or follow the rendering behavior of projectiles.
BTW, I still don't get the point of this thread. Maybe some of you shouldn't even bother with LD and blame your lack of flexibility / creativity on Bombers?

Blindspots, not stupidity. I've experience blindspots plentiful times.
In seriousness:
They can leave the radius for haze bombs, and remove it for blast bombs and the sun shards. It's a good idea for LD.
Wrong, even with it on, it still causes a visual glitch. It's just drawrate or something.
