Today, I was attempting to sell the Parrying Blades that I had received from the Black Friday Event(which, I can't seem to find the Link to the Thread) because I had no use of them & needed some Crowns. But because I received them from a Code, they came to me Bound. So I attempted to try & sell them, whilst informing Knights who were interested in them that they were Bound & I couldn't sell them without asking which Armor they would like it on.

A Knight came up to me & said that selling Bound Accessories was a Bannable Offense, saying that I could trick other Knights(which I wouldn't do, cause I really don't want to lose my Account to a Virtual Item that I had no use for)into giving me their Crowns first & never giving them the Blade. Another Knight told me I could just ask the GMs to Unbound them for me.

And seeing how it's a very long shot of asking a GM to Unbound them for me, I didn't contact them.
So, here I am, stuck with 3 Items I don't want that could possibly Ban me for trying to sell them...

Which begs the Question: Is it Bannable Attempting to Sell Bound Accessories?

EDIT: The Blades are Regal, Dusky, & Fancy for those of you interested. I also have Heavy, but I'm keeping that to myself(because Heavy stuff roolz.)

EDIT2: Graveyarded by me.

I wouldn't imagine so, unless you actually didn't give them anything.

It's not a bannable offense,

It's not a bannable offense, but chances are the GMs won't unbind them either since you got them from the codes. The only way you could argue that they should be unbound is if you got a duplicate of the same item through a lockbox, and then that one became bound because it became a part of the stack that was already bound to begin with, if that makes sense.

I had that issue with the Pumpkin Bomb Bandoliers from the first Halloween event making this year's event bandos impossible to use and the GMs were pretty nice about it given the circumstances. All in all, it wouldn't hurt to ask them to unbind them for you though.

While you cannot give the

While you cannot give the bound items away, it is entirely possible however, to attach them to an armor, unbind that, and give them away via that method. Do ask what armor they would like it attached to before you try and sell them, however.

You could attach them to a random armor to sell them and no one would know they were bound blades so a ban is ridiculous.

@Cryoworld

That's what I was trying to do. Someone told me that was Bannable, though, which is why I made this Thread in the first place.

@Retequizzle I would ask them, but I dunno...I haven't exactly been all that great with GMs.

EDIT: Sniped. Little-Juances, see above.

really? people was doing that

really? people was doing that with their parrying blades if it were a bannable offense they would have been banned before. i guess maybe that person dont want you to sell your parrying blades so his parrying blades dont get devaluated (i guess).

i dont think its a bannable offense unless you try to scam someone like "yeah i will attach the parrying blade in the wolver coat" then put the wolver coat with parrying blade and swicht it for another wolver coat without the parrying blade. in that case its bannable.

i think they want to scare you a bit.

I've gotten two-day / week-long bans before and they still love talking to me, so just give it a shot.

I think I'm just going to resume trying to sell them on Armors. Don't want to bother the GMs for something minor. And if I do get Banned/A Warning, at least I'll know what not to do.

Provided the item you're

Provided the item you're trying to sell (in this case, armor with an accessory on it) is tradeable, you can sell it and not be outside the rules. Make sure to be very specific about what you're selling, though - if someone is trying to sell something that isn't tradeable, that can look a lot like a scam (and frequently is, sadly.)

I am being specific. Everyone that's interested, though, always declines the offer because they either want to see what the Blades look like or because of what you said, it looks like a Scam.

I'll probably end up just slapping them on random, matching colored armor & trying to sell them like that.
