White Rose.
The Black Cat Cowl can be obtained again; the White Rose Chapeau cannot. Get the latter.

I've seen people asking for 25k ce for black kat cowls
And the white rose set for about 80kce, dunno the price on just the chap.

Black kat cowl is now like
Black kat cowl is now like 15k ce white chap is 60k ce plus, so you wont be able to trade for it, better to sell the cowl then make the other ce to get the chap.
