Incidentally, I got a Justifier Jacket two days ago. :p
From my observations, it seems like either dusky or fancy accessories work with the Jacket, as the cloth part more closely resembles the dusky color scheme, but the gauntlets/wrist region resembles the fancy color scheme.
I have a love aura on my jacket and I plan to put a fancy side blade on it as they both look pretty nice with it. My friend has dusky dragon wings on his, and those look neat as well.

I put Dusky Valk Wings on
I put Dusky Valk Wings on mine and sometimes match it with my Chaos Cowl.
Justifier Jacket is not an accessory.
It has Back, Rear and Aura accessory slots, if that's what you're asking about.
