The IT'D has a higher DPS than the BAB. IT'D has a Nitronome charge time with more damage.

Bombers deserve the chance to flame more :P
If both pieces would be worn, I'd be under the assumption of low chance for med fire... it'd be cool, and utterly useless for much of FSC.
