Yes, i'm curious.

Because, if exists Portuguese(Brasilian) language forums, i'll be able to help much more my fellow countries. Also, I don't speak english that pro.

You need to prove that there's a large enough Portuguese playerbase to convince OOO that it's worth the cost to hire a couple new GMs.
