I get sad or mad for failing something.
Someone else says "It doesn't have to be perfect!".
I say "It doesn't have to be overly dreadful, either.".
I'm quite a perfectionist, and that makes life hard.
I already don't see positive things about myself, so it hurts me to do something not perfectly.

All humans are not perfect. Regardless, nobody can do everything. If you tell everyone that you are perfect and that they should do what they say, that person is not really a human.
