Ok, tell me if its just me but i believe wen u sell an item u dont get all the crowns the person paid for. lets say u sell a divine avenger for 800k( just an example) but wen u get the money there is a fee that is like 1-5kcr or something like that. What the heck right?

i think get rid of that tax or fee or watever it is. its taking money people paid for your item. it is unfair.

if we take that fee away, we get the full crowns they paid and can get the stuff we want to make.

so post wat u think if its right to take the money or u disagree with it.

If you don't like the fee, don't use the AH; trading still works. You are paying to use a service. It is also a crown sink which is good for the economy.

wat i dont like about that suggestion

wen u have a hard time finding someone to buy it, do u just wait till the next day for the same result?

i kno i dont, i just put it in the AH so i can get some money. if the person paid for wat i asked for and i got some of it taken away, i think it would be very bad. especially if i need the money. so yea it is somewhat a bad thing.

Just so u kno, not everything has to be perfect. It's those who say it isn't perfect because they are too picky that make it imperfect. If u don't like wat people type because its different from how u do it, just ignore it and don't insult them.

If everybody did the least amount of work possible and still expected the same results, society would collapse. You get what you work for, and even if you would have put more work into it, your suggestion is completely groundless. You have provided no reasons to implement it other than "I want it" and "it would make me being lazy easier."

I just find it unfair that u sold it at a price and u get some taken away while the person is happy with what they got. It's a where is my end of the deal? I sold it to them for this much and got less kind of thing. Makes it seem u got the lesser end because u pay a fee for putting it in the AH and then u pay a fee of the money u earned from the sale. See what I'm getting at?

Oh no, something that prevents people from putting up items at 999999999 crowns and filling auction with spam, sinks crowns so the CE price is lower for players with closed wallets, and a sales tax which encourages people to communicate directly to other players for marketing their items and/or money. Better drink my own p- Everyone can see this gag coming a mile away.

The foorims in another game I enjoy have "no text talking" in their rules. I wish we could have that.

But I really think people should get wat they asked for tho. Not like over 9 trillioncr or something outrageous like that but if they bought for around 30kcr they should get the full crowns. Not less then what was paid.

What is was getting at is if you were having a hard time selling and you just have to put in AH is what I was getting at. Also if your trying to sell, the bazaar is a bad place to sell because it is very cheap there. You get 30kcr for a five star item wen u can get over 200k for it.

if u would read on a little more u would see i said if u have been selling for a while but just havent had luc finding a seller and u want to sell for more then 30k or 10k or watever it is sell it in AH. you can get more crowns then at vendor price. but why do u lose crowns wen u sell it for final sale fee? i recently sold a dark ember for 13.7kcr adn the fee took like 1.37kcr so i only got a little over 12kcr. see my point now?

and yes i kno what the bazaar is ive been there so many times.

10% of every crown on there. That's not a small crown sink - there's no reason it shouldn't be there, and a lot of reason it should.

This is kinda dumb.
a. You are paying for a service, and if you complain about a pretty cheap service, you are probably just whining
b. You would get more money this way than trading because if you normally trade, there are no bids, but if you put it on AH, there are bids, which bring the price up up and up, so you still get more money.
c. This is how the economy works, you dont want inflation but you dont want deflation (If any of you ppl out there know what that is, good job).
d. Follow up to C, OOO did a pretty good job of controlling the market inderictly, and you dont want to have to pay 100k for 100 ce do you????

Someone who doesn't know how economics works shouldn't be suggesting changes to said economics.

You're paying a currency (in this case, crowns, which is directly converted from either time or money spent on this game) to have your item take up space in OOO's Auction House database. You're using OOO's resources, so you pay for that.

You don't "go to" the bazaar, you read/use it. And you obviously haven't, because your name doesn't show up there at all

And another thing against your suggestion, although only from a roleplaying standpoint. This is an auction house we're talking about. Auction houses need to make money. How do they do that? They take a cut of the auctions. If this is how they do it in real life, and no one complains about that, why should they change it in-game?

I know auction houses need money but let's face it, does the auction house really do anything in terms of expansions and growth and so on? It doesn't (unless it pays money to NPCs) so really I don't see why it needs money.

Yes ce prices are fine the way they are now,but that doesn't mean we shouldn't lose some of the crowns the person payed for your item. I understand it is only 10% of sales fee but we should get full amount of money we earned from sales. So if ur insulting me, please stop and look at this in a positive way where u get the money you sold it for.

There is no way to look at this thread in a positive way. The idea is awful at the most basic level, and the execution is just as bad. The justification is "do it because I am lazy and want it," and the poster either cannot, or will not understand how bad the idea is.

Really oat? Oh yea I'm totally lazy. I sell things in the auction house, all I need is some chips and a recliner and I'll be set for a day of laziness. Are u kidding me? Who said anything about being lazy? I'm suggesting getting the crowns that the person paid for without a fee, not I want crowns because I want to buy something else to sell. No, I'm simply suggesting the not fee for selling an item. And how is it a bad idea? Do you not want your crowns for the item u sell in AH? Doesn't seem that way how your commenting.

First things first, it is up to the hoster of the service to charge whatever they like for thier services. If you don't like it, don't use it. Set up your own service in the game and charge your own fee.
Second thing, there is nothing to say that the current fee is unreasonable. You forget that the fee is not only to cover the cost of host the item in the OOO database and the associated resource consumption, but also to directly affect the ingame economy and crown flow.
A large reason for the fee is to remove crowns from players wallets to prevent inflation

You're not grasping the concept of how important that is.
