Here's an idea as a companion to the heat boosters you can buy in the market. It would be rather nice if you could optionally buy a heat slot upgrade slot. It would simply hold any item you like, and acquire heat with you on the run. You can pay a little CE and level up extra equipment, or if you really need to, allow yourself to keep certain equipment on that you need in order to remain effective in the zone.

Of course the item in the heat slot is unusable and provides no stats. It just heats armor, weapons, shields, etc. Whatever you put in it.

Sounds like a good idea. Been in some scenarios myself where I was heating a low * item and wished I had my regular buffs.

Assume you want to level up a pierce armor on a shadow level... spend the energy on such slots or just go kamikaze and test your luck, spending the same (or even less if you're good) energy on revives?

It is really unnecesary. Else this thing has to be super cheap.

Don't buy it, if you don't

You're demonstrating the concept of unnecessary pretty good with your posts, but if you understood irony you probably wouldn't of posted in the first place.

Don't buy it, if you don't want to use it. That's the point of an option. Just like costumes, or playing games in general.

So?

This idea is horrible and not needed. You would be able to heat for a max of 6 weapons.... What is the worst part? Going into FSC and heat lower star gear and upgrade them into 5*, making the game more easier.

Did someone log onto their

Did someone log onto their other character? XD Yeah I think so.

Again, pointless detraction, because you wouldn't use it. If you think it's dumb, you're not forced to buy it. It really is that simple. Problem solved. No need to use up your time posting you don't like something, but you'll probably learn that lesson at some point.

I also notice you don't know how many weapon slots characters have (apparently 5?), or that heat is divided evenly across unheated items. I would explain the purposes I have in mind, but that's probably a conversation you're not going to get. I can tell you're more vested in making your opinion matter on the Internetz. I'm sorry that people don't take your seriously in real life, but that might be a hint to maybe introspect a little to find out why, rather than be so insistent. ^_^

meh, I think the challenge of debuffed equipment is better, it gives you a sense of actually working for your gear. And while it would let nubs level up faster, it doesn't give them time to enjoy the game before they're already grinding FSC. Not a bad idea, but I think that's what heat boosters are for.

+0 (I'm neither for nor against this proposition)

Yes, but it would make the game more easier. Do you want the game to not live? It's really going to be pointless and I just made a statement about FSC. You would be able to heat for a max of 6 gear/weapons, 4 weapon slots and 2 of the heat slots... Doing that in the highest paying job would help them finish the game.

And when you finish the game faster, you won't have fun with the game. Also, stop using your poor excuse "Oh if you hate it so much, don't buy it", because there are a few negative consequences about this idea. It's like saying "Oh, we brought a new toilet and I pooped in it. We have to keep it there. Don't like it? Get out then because it's my toilet and not yours."
