The cheapest CE only package is $10.00! What the heck?! CE packages used to 1,600 for $5.00 or $2.50 for 750 CE! Is there any reason why these packages were taken away?! They should be brought back.
These prices were before missions were released, I don't use steam so.. yeah.

I'd just buy all your CE off the SK website. You get all the options and OOO gets a larger cut.

Possibly minimum payment issues with OOO's payment mechanism? Aka, certain payment types require a minimum amount.

Are you sure? becuase i thought that was a Steam exclusive?
