Choices, choices, choices....
I have 700ce and 25k crowns so far...
I'm in need of t3 elemental gun

I have a silversix, a prismatech MkII, a kilowatt pulsar (I also have the giga recipe learned)
Should I upgrade silversix - Argent Peacemaker
or prismatech MkII to Prisma Driver
or upgrade my kilowatt to a gigawatt
or get a different status alchemer
or get a UVed ASI alchemer for all the money I have...

Thank you for all your help!!!

IMHO

Honestly? I'd recommend looking into a gun with a damage type other than Elemental. i.e. Go for a Strike Needle or a Sentenza.

If I had to choose among all the choices you've presented, the Polaris is always a nice first gun to have. Argent P isn't bad either.

Then again, if you're a gunning PvP-er, go Alchemer.

It always depends on your personal use -
PvE? Go Polaris (or Strike or Sentenza)
PvP? Go Alchemer (although Polaris isn't a bad idea either. :P)

PS - Also keep in mind: Don't sweat it. If you enjoy SK, just take your time, get some resources (crowns and CE), and [eventually] get ALL the guns! So long as SK doesn't become a competitive video game sport, I can say with confidence: Just have fun with the game. Don't forget that. :)

alchemer

I'd say any elemental alchemer except Hail Driver. Since you are close to Nova, make it that one.

Alchemers are not as easy to use as Argent or Polaris, but they are extremely powerful, once you master the ricochets. And they are fast, once you master "alchemer switching". Nova, Storm, and Umbra are certainly my favorite guns. I'd probably like Magma too, if I tried it. I'm not a big fan of Hail because (A) the shots unfreeze as often as they freeze, unless you're really disciplined, and (B) I'm not a huge fan of freeze in general.

Well... I should have given you more information.
I'm a full gunslinger with full Shadowsun gear, and a blitz needle
I just need an elemental weapon for doing tons of damage against Slags and other zombies and maybe some turrets.
I also have a shadowtech alchemer MKII soon to be a Shadow driver...

I'm sorry for the lack of information.

P.S I love your Podcast

I would personally recommend

I would personally recommend AP because its not too hard to use, very mobile, and deals out a lot of damage to monstors weak to elemental. Gigawatt pulsar is also great because of the knockback and shock, also does a lot of splash damage. Or just pick one you like the most or is most comfortable with.

@Bopp

I bought an ASI Med Prismatech Alchemer...
So... my whole guild "League of Gunners" was telling me to get two dual alchemers.
So which alchemer / (or pulsar) combo should I use?
I do have two prismatechs in my hands..

I disagree with Latisan's

I disagree with Latisan's opinion to choose other damage type gun than Elemental.
Here is the reason;
The monsters you would like to use a gun for:-
-TURRETS because they may be placed far away from the range a sword can reach.
-Lumber because if you cannot take its back by other monsters hanging around or something, you are absolutely going to get its punch strike. Which has a huge damage+stun+another status effect depends on the level
-Vanaduke because yeah, obviously, the fireballs are annoying. Some people like to fight him with WRH or DVS or whatever for challenge and fun, but easiest way is to gun him.

Turrets are:-
-Constructs
-Undead
-Slime
Therefore, they are either weak or neutral to elemental.

Lumbers are obviously constructs and they are also weak to elemental.

The best gun for vanaduke is Blitz needle which is a piercing gun but I'm guessing you aren't Champion or Vanguard yet as you still have 4*/3* guns. So it is not too important yet.

Well, hence you should get an elemental gun first, then go for blitz needle. And then whatever you like to get, maybe an umbra driver or Sentenza.

I would not recommend Polaris as your first 5* weapon. Since I've seen SO MANY new players that rely on them and knocking back every single monsters and messing up runs. Pushing trojan away from me charging Blitz to them. I'm not saying you are the same as those people, but I wouldn't know the truth I'm not in your friend list and did run or something.
Actually, Polaris is the BEST gun for TURRETS. It does not mess up runs if you only use it wisely; like on turrets. Well, and yeah, if you focus on annoying people, it is also the best gun for that, in both PvE and PvP.
If you are confident that you are smart enough to use the gun wisely, go for it.

Alchemers can be the best damage elemental guns depending on how you use them. And of course, the status effects are useful too.
But I would not recommend an alchemer as your first 5* weapon either; you can shoot only 2 bullets before you reloading it and the reload is kinda slow. So you might have to learn those alchemer switching stuff or get a high CTR bonus to charge spam 'em. Unless you are a pure gunner or very interested in its mechanic and status effect, it is not the priority for you.

The elemental gun I would recommend to a person who is choosing their first 5* gun is the Argent Peacemaker. It does not annoy your team mates in PvE, and it has nice DPS against monsters that are weak to elemental without using switching trick or anything complicated. It is also a great gun for a side arm for swordy or a bomber; in my opinion, AP is the best gun to break blocks especially the ones you have to hit 3 times to break them, and any switches.
It is slightly less powerful against monsters that are neutral to elemental damage but it is still usable.
It also may be used against FSC and Vanaduke until you get enough money for strike needle.

@Eclaium

Y U NO READ MY OTHER RESPONSES?

I stated that I am a full gunslinger with a Blitz needle...
Also I'm looking for an elemental gun as a Gunslinger, not a bomber, swordsman, or even a hybrid...
I'll be sticking with my alchemers for now.

On the other hand, about the question I was asking was..
Which two alchemers are good for PvE?
Which two alchemers are good for PvP?
(In the sense that I switch shoot, which I can do, but am no the best at)
Also is magnus a good pair with alchemers for switch shooting? How so? And against what monster types?

@Flamearc LOL...just..LOL

Uh..so..yeah...the alchemers, right? XD

-PvE-
Magma Driver - It has the best DPS against monsters that are not immune to Fire or oilers obviously lol
Storm Driver - It's good against mecha knights/Kats etc and when monsters are sticked together...for example the last wave of Tier 3 arena, the army of mechaknights or FSC. Tempest is just awesome in FSC, so is storm driver.
Hail Driver - As Bopp said.
Nova Driver - It is going to be the cheapest one in alchemers as you already have the 3*. I don't know anything about it, I don't have that! But it looks cool!

-PvP-
Magma Driver - Fire isn't so deadly in PvP. It is too slow to kill people, strikers can just boost back to their base.
Storm Driver - It's one of the best. It can still freeze Shock MAX Skolver Clone mwahahahaha....It is annoying.
Hail Driver - It's also one of the best. It is so evil to kill a frozen Skolver with its charge...mwahahaha...It is annoying, again.
Nova Driver - I rarely see people using this gun in LD.

I'd say to get a storm driver to use with your Nova. It's good in FSC where you earn money. Then you can make another alchemer after grinding FSC~
Well, I'm not an expert gunner, I'm more like a hybrid person. So don't trust me 100%.

Alchemer

Being a pure gunner, you should use an alchemer, if not two or three. From there, it's your choice if you will charge spam or do the alchemer quick switch.
