I'd say maybe 7-7.5kce AT MOST :)

Then not so much... you wont get much by unbinding and selling, max 5kce, as people can usually buy vog cub coat for 3.5kce from supply depot, and the wings are ~4kce, so it loses most of its value by being attached (especially on a non-matching item)... I'd say sell it if you feel you really need that 1kce profit, but be patient, it might take a while to sell...
