I have an ash tail cap at level 10 that has the UV Medium Shock Resistance. I can turn the cap into a skolver piece or a vog cub hat. Let me know which one you want and happy hunting.

All my auctions are always extended an hour when someone snipes the bid. I forgot to clarify it this time, however Nico Robin still wins the auction with a bid of 2600. For what it's worth, you should include that Snipe Rule with your original post, and not after the fact has become irrelevant. While I don't think it played a part in this auction, in future auctions people might stop bidding, assuming that the auction closed.
