I've been noticing this for a while, and didn't know if it was a bug or not. When I played against some slimes (Jelly and Polyp), it seemed that
sometimes they didn't drop anything, not even heat or crowns when I killed them. As I started to farm crowns on the Royal Jelly mission, I noticed this only happens if you kill them when are starting to attack. The only thing they "drop" are these round purple balls that fall onto the floor, though I'm not 100% sure that only happens when I kill them during that time. I'm not sure if I'm really unlucky and they don't drop anything, or if this is a bug, because it's really starting to bother me a lot.

It's intentional, it was part of the patch they made to RJP to reduce payout. But they applied it to all slimes (or at least in T2/T3) so they randomly don't drop anything. Sucks when it's an impostocube, too.
