This is the first time this has happened to me.
In the past, i never had this problem, i was playing fine yesterday but today after a day of work i try and open it up and i get this message.
Any ideas how to fix this? I already followed all the steps, update java, update graphic cards and nothing worked.

Are you perhaps running Ati/AMD graphics on your system? My gf also had this issue and there is a certain power-saving setting in the Ati/AMD config screen (laptop) which turns off your graphics card to save up energy. When your graphics card is disabled you will normally get that message.
I am not completely sure what steps to perform since it was some time ago that I have done that and it wasn't my own laptop xD
