Hi there,

Welcome to the First Blood Recruitment Forum!
We are a Lockdown Guild that plays lockdown as well as other things, such as doing runs, shadow lairs, etc. But, mainly Lockdown.

Mission
- Treat other Lockdown players fairly. Don't make excuses. If you died, you died. Done deal. Just try again.
- Be able to teach or learn from other players to succeed in Lockdown.
- Be able to treat others with respect no matter where they are, in Lockdown or Clockworks or Haven.
- If you play in the US server, but play with us in GvG in the EU... don't whine about lag. It's a given.

History
- Fodow was the Guild Founder, who was aiming to make a successful Lockdown guild.
- Thechosenwarriorjr's Fallen Skies Guild merged with Fodow's First Blood Guild due to similar interests + goals.
- First Blood has grew up to nearly 100 members over 3 - 4 months.
- The Guild Update came around and doomed First Blood's future.
- Zaderules initially spent 400k cr on expanding the guild + offering guild members resources to use.
- Zaderules left the guild due to irreconcilable differences with a guildmate.
- The guild could no longer support paying the upkeep of 3 floors + went into lockdown mode.
- No one wanted to pay the LARGER upkeep than normal, so the only solution for everyone was to leave + disperse into other guilds.
- Fodow went inactive + sold his stuff
- 2 -3 months later, Zainj + Danzepickle rebuilt First Blood
- Fodow came back
- Currently, First Blood holds about 40 members

Recruitment
Requirements:
--Recruit--
Answer the questions in the Recruitment Questionnaire Below
An Officer/GM must observe the potential recruit obtain 8k Damage or more for 3 games straight (Preferably in Tier 3)

--Member--
Be in the guild for 1 Week + Perform First Blood Ritual/Hazing

--Veteran--
Be in the guild for 1 Month + Post a screenshot of a Lockdown game 20k+ damage (500 damage per cap/defend)

--Officer--
Only considered from veteran position if an officer leaves the guild.

--Guild Master--
Only considered from officer position if a guild master leaves the guild.

Expectations
--Recruits (Guild Newbies)--
Represent First Blood's Mission.
Must perform First Blood Ritual/Hazing.

--Members (Guild Core)--
Represent First Blood's Mission.
Swarm everywhere.

--Veterans (Guild Decoraters)--
Represent First Blood's Mission.
Mess around with Guild Hall Items, see what's good.
Request GMs to buy any furniture.

--Officers (Guild Recruiters)--
Represent First Blood's Mission.
Be on the look out for prospects.
Observe prospects in Lockdown.
Recruit prospects into the guild.

--Guild Masters (Guild Leaders)--
Represent First Blood's Mission.
Promote Guildmates.
Review questionnaires posted by prospects.
Buy any furniture requested by Veterans.
Lead the Guild into a brighter tomorrow.

Guild Hall
- Currently, we hope each member of the guild donates 1k CR to the Treasury Per Week. However, this is not a requirement.
- The Veterans are in charge of messing around with decorations in guild hall.

Ritual/Hazing
--Requirements--
10 Individuals from First Blood must be present at the time of the ritual/hazing.
A GM must be present to record/take a picture of the ritual/hazing.

--Instructions (Inspired by Chawkthree's Video)--
- The said Recruit must be mentally ready to perform the ritual/hazing.
- Recruit must walk up to a random 5 star player and flirt with the player.
- Recruit must casually attempt to ask the player his/her number.
If it fails, thats OKAY. :3
- Recording (with music) will be posted

In the original FB,vets needed to post a screenie of 20k dmg in LD.Well zade I think we should add something more to vet promotion,not just 1 month in the guild.So I suggest that the vet promotion should be harder.1v1 tests or something?

Yeah Vet should be 25k damage with caps and defs counting as 500 each.
As for ritual/hazing could somebody inform me what that is? >.<

Notice

Currently at 75 members, we're growing in many aspects :)
We've had some recent.. "arguments" in guild vs. guild lockdown and I'd like to let members know that we're no longer tolerating fights or excuses :)
Lockdown is guaranteed much more fun without these arguments, so just know that if you're dead, you're dead, nothing more to it.
