Black Kat Cowl (Fire Med)
Vog Cub Coat (Normal Low)
Swiftstrike Buckler
Dread Venom Striker
Volt Driver (ASI Low)
The Volt Driver needed the heat, tbh... although I haven't been going all the way down, or I would switch out DVS for Plague Needle and wear Shadowsun Slicker instead. Also I am a cheapskate and am trying not to use trinket and weapon slots at the moment.

I usually spice up my runs with something I heat, but my most typical loadout will be:
Full Chaos
Swiftstrike Buckler
Triglav
Volcanic Pepperbox
But sometimes I'll feel lazy and go for the easy loadout:
Mad Bomber
Swiftstrike Buckler
Dark Briar Barrage
Nitronome
