This is a BAB with no UV's currently. I am looking to know what it is worth and if it is worth it to apply new UV's to it and, of course, how much would those UV's raise the value of this item by? (Also, the heat level is currently four if that means anything)

The amount i'm currently looking to make is around 6.4K ce (-minus for 4k ce for binding).

People can buy this from the supply depot for 3.5kce, so unless it has a nice UV (is that what you mean when you talk about mods) such as Charge time reduction on it you'll have trouble getting much more than 4kce for it.

The BAB is "undesired" (even though i personally love mine) The only way your going to make money is probably a vh- max dmg bonus, or CTR uv's. Even at those rates, your going to need a fantastic uv to make a 2.4k ce profit on it.. so i suppose you could roll uv's but i don't recommend it. You will lose more money than its worth most likely.
