For most end-game players, we have all experienced this before. When we're looking for a specific UV on a weapon--let's say ASI for a brandish-- we look up brandish, put the categorization on UV, and then, we have to scroll through pages and pages... and pages... and more pages of brandishes; thoroughly scanning for a good price for that specific UV. Why not put a UV look up option on the right side. Choose a specific UV you want, and BAM, a short concise list of all the weapons and armors with that type of UV pops up. Wouldn't that be nice?
Specific UV lookup option in Auction House [Now a petition]
Let's make this a petition. +1 if you want this to happen
Unfortunately, this would be like walking into a flea market, an antique shop, a thrift store or a yard sale and having the ability to sort and filter through all of the mundane items with a click of a button in order to find that one "hidden treasure."
You know how someone always buys up all of the chapeaus in the featured auctions to resell? Well, someone would likely corner the ASI/CTR market too. The last thing we need is to give those people another edge.
But it would be a great convenience to those who actually need these items.
I remember trying to suggest this once before, but it didn't work out.
hmm I would go against this idea. sort of like what poetry said. I think an important part of the auction house is searching to find what you want.
At first it seemed like a good idea but then I seen Poetry's and Buzzshadow's comment and I agree with them. How many times have people gone to the Auction House searching for one thing but then leaving with the other? Its all about chance and patience. Think about it. How many of your Items have been sold and if so how do you know that they weren't looking for something else when they stumbled across yours and bought it? This will stop knights with, for example, a low or a medium UV weapon or armor on the AH from getting their item being bought.
As well as that, how do you know that someone won't start up their own little scheme using this? Buying nearly all of the weapons or armor with a specific UV then drastically raising the price knowing that some knights will still buy it. At this moment, you could say here that the seller is still getting their money even if it is still being resold however the buyer isn't.
This seemed like something that was needed to me before I came to this thread and read Poetry's and Buzzshadow's comment. Literately If you had asked me before I would've said ''Yes'' with no hesitation because I didn't even consider the bad part of it. But now I am looking at the bad part of it and maybe you should too.
With every good comes a bad.

Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes!
I also think that we should be able to double-sort AH list.
