Go to Lobby Room / Training Hall. Press F5 to open recipe list. Hold shield with variety of weapons and your hand positions (near belly or almost clapping). Walk everywhere. Have fun.

It doesn't affect anyone else's screen but your own.
However, other people see you switching weapons without the weapon switch animation or sound.
