I think that we should be allowed to unbind 0* equipment that is not costume and not part of the starting equipment set. For example, I have a fencing jacket with accessories on it which I would like to move to a different character, but I can't unbind it.

They could just mark costumes as not able to be unbound (although some of them should be unbindable too, but that's a different story)
Like some equipment is (Rocket Hammers, etc.)

Transferring items (including bound) betwixt one account's Knights would work just as well...

I think the reason you can't is because costumes would fall under that category...
I don't think that currently, making 0* items unbindable without affecting costumes is possible.
