Question: If I have a base item needed for a recipe, and the base item has a unique property (example - prismatech alchemer with increased damage vs. Fiend: High) and I use it to craft a new weapon, is the unique property transferred? Does anyone have any experience with that?
And if not, maybe I should have put this in the suggestions subforum.
Followup question: Is the firotech alchemer more trouble than it's worth? I like the idea of setting enemies on fire, but I could see that backfiring (ha) pretty easily, especially in group play.
With the current recipes, variants on a supplied item will not transfer to the newly created item. Recipes do support this behavior, but we're still working out how to best present this to the player. So look for it sometime in the future.
