As long as I know now , the only way to make fast money is FSC ( when you are tier 3 ) , and I dont have OCH , so when you play it tier 3 ...... How much money do you make ?

The mission is pretty tedious and the pay is low, as already stated. The expansion is still worth it because of the fun and unique gear you get.
Pure gunslingers need not bother now that Chaos Cowl has plenty CTR for them.
